For a job as a cabin crew or ground operation you need a higher education and or more
experience. The role of an air cabin crew member is to provide excellent customer service to

deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to
passengers. For a job as a cabin crew you need at least HAVO or an MBO 4 diploma and you
are at least 21 years old.
Ground Operations involves all aspects of aircraft handling at airports as well as aircraft
movement around the aerodrome, except on active runways. Runway Incursion may arise
during or as a result of ground operations but are covered by a separate category for a job as
a ground operation you need at least a diploma MBO 4 or at least a HAVO diploma.
