are answering. The answers aren’t just estimated, so that means that the survey wou

However the survey would have to have more pointed questions so that the answer is
more accurate, like “What type of anti-virus software do you use? If you use any” Thi
question requires a more specific answer so that they can collect the data they need.
Compared to this question “Do you use an anti-virus software?” this only requires a y
or no answer.
On a survey the questions have to require a more in-depth answer compared to a yes
no answer otherwise the information is useless because they aren’t getting the answ
they need. Without having the more in-depth questions you cant gather the more
pointed answers like the anti-virus they use like, AVG or Norton.

Fault logs are a good place to go when you are gathering information because there a
of details in them with key information that is needed. For example, it has the faults a
also has examples of tested solutions and the solutions that actually worked, so within
document you can gather all the information that you may have needed.
