, Inleiding
Sinds (datum) loop ik stage bij (stageplaats) in Den Haag. (stageplaats)
is een stichting die zich inzet voor sociale hulp, samenlevings- en
capaciteitsopbouw. Hierbij kan je denken aan het begeleiden en
ondersteunen van cliënten met hun vragen. In dit examen heb ik samen
met een cliënt naar zijn hulpvragen gekeken en hem daarbij begeleidt en
ondersteunt op het gebied van praktische diensten. Daarnaast heb ik
hem ook verwezen op het gebied van voorzieningen.
Het doel naar waar ik streef, is om samen met mijn cliënt te werken naar
zelfredzaamheid en uiteraard om ze te motiveren om assertief stappen
voor hun toekomst te nemen.
In dit verslag zal ik uitleggen hoe ik te werk ben gegaan.
