Opdracht 2A: Evaluatie op de ECG’s
Voor deze opdracht blikt u samen met uw praktijkbegeleider terug op de ECG’s die u tot
nu toe hebt uitgevoerd. Ga voor die terugblik uit van normale registraties (geen
uitzonderingssituaties).
- Bespreek met uw praktijkbegeleider de onderstaande fasen in het uitvoeren van een
ECG – onderzoek; geef voorbeelden en ervaringen.
- Vraag feedback op uw uitvoering, zowel op technisch vlak als op de begeleiding van
patiënten. Uw praktijkbegeleider kan hiervoor de feedbacklijst gebruiken. De
feedbacklijst vindt u bij het rapportageformulier.
Fasen in het onderzoek:
a. Voorbereiding en keuze van het onderzoek.
b. Informeren en aansluiten van de patiënt.
c. Nazorg (na afloop van het onderzoek).
Tevens maakt u in dit gesprek in overleg met uw praktijkbegeleider een keuze voor twee
patiënten (opdracht 2D). U verwerkt de feedback van uw praktijkbegeleider in
reflectieopdracht 2 die u na praktijkopdracht 2 maakt.
