Het stellen van doelen voor mezelf is iets waar ik moeite mee heb, hetzelfde geldt eigenlijk voor
reflecteren. In het portfolio wat samengesteld is voor PCM 2 zijn we enorm veel bezig geweest met
het stellen van doelen en reflecteren. Dit is dan ook een portfolio waar ik hard aan gewerkt heb
aangezien ik het zo lastig vind voor mezelf. In dit portfolio zal de lezer meer te weten komen over
Kelvin de Heer en zijn gestelde SMART-doelen, een persoonlijke SWOT-analyse en zal er
gereflecteerd worden op een aantal gebeurtenissen in periode 2.
