- Versetzung des Ribosoms um ein Triplett von 5’ nach 3’

- t–RNA von A–Stelle rückt auf P–Stelle des Ribosoms und
A–Stelle wird frei
- Bindung einer weiteren beladenen t-RNA mit passendem
