Nowadays, the pilates studios are no longer be removed from the streetscape. In the big cities of
America, you can even discover a Pilates studio on every street corner. It has become a lifestyle
for sports lovers. But in order to enjoy sports, it is important that your clothes are comfortable.
That's why many people nowadays choose to wear pilates leggings. There are so many different
types of pilates leggings on the market that it's easy to lose track. What makes a legging good for
you? And what doesn't?

In this assignment, I will talk about the product I have developed to responds the needs of women
and to ensure that women of all shapes and sizes feel active and beautiful at the same time. Pila
Leggings is a unique pilates clothing for women who like to do pilates and are always on the move.
Our product is perfectly designed for women who love minimalist colourful and durable leggings,
in which they can move easily during pilates and in their daily lives.

There will be four steps in total. First, I will define my target group in detail and describe its
characteristics. Then I will describe the characteristics of my product and what considerations I
made when developing it. In addition, I will define the value proposition and explain the market
position. I will also give information about which media I will use and how I will activate that
marketing. The fourth and final step is about the mission, message, cognitive prejudices and
media of my marketing material.

Since I already have a prior knowledge of Marketing because of my education, I have been able
to use my knowledge and experience in making this assignment. In addition to this, the lessons
from Marketing Insights have also made a major contribution to this assignment.

Finally, I would like to thank you, Mrs Stough, for giving us the opportunity to make this
assignment, for the sympathy you show during the lessons and for giving us feedback to do our
assignments in the best possible way.
