OBSERVACIÓN DE CÉLULAS DE LA MUCOSA BUCAL
OBJETIVO
 Observar células animales e identificar algunas de sus estructuras.
 Realizar una preparación microscópica: fijación y tinción.

MATERIAL
 Microscopio.
 Azul de metileno.
 Placa Petri.
 Palillos.
 Porta y cubre.
 Mechero y cerillas.
 Cuentagotas.
 Pinzas.




PROCEDIMIENTO
1. Raspar suavemente el interior del carrillo con un palillo. Repetir
varias veces.
2. Extender la mucosa obtenida uniformemente sobre el porta (con
cuidado de no romper las células).
3. Calentar suavemente sobre la llama para fijar las células (con
cuidado de no quemarlas).

, 4. Colocar el porta en una placa Petri y verter unas gotas de azul de
metileno. Dejar actuar unos 2 minutos para que el colorante
penetre en las células.




5. Retirar el exceso de colorante con agua destilada: inclinamos el
porta en la placa Petri y dejamos caer agua del cuentagotas encima
hasta que salga limpia.
