Extracción de ADNIntroducción
El ADN es el encargado de transmitir la información genética de un
individuo a otro, forma los cromosomas y constituye los genes. Está
presente casi que en todas las células. Su estructura es una doble hélice
(dos cadenas enrolladas helicoidalmente alrededor de un eje imaginario).
Objetivos
Observar la estructura fibrilar del ADN.
Realizar la extracción de ADN de un tejido animal.
Materiales
-50 g de hígado de ternera.
-Detergente lavavajillas.
-Agua destilada.
-Sal.
- Zumo de piña.
-Alcohol de 96º muy frío.
-Colador.
-Material de vidrio: vaso de precipitados, pipetas, cuentagotas
o pipetas Pasteur, probeta, varilla de cristal,
pinzas.
-Tijeras.
-Batidora.
-Balanza.
, Procedimiento
1. Pesamos el hígado de ternera (50 g) y lo troceamos
en trozos pequeños.
2. Ponemos el hígado en el
vaso de la batidora, y añadimos agua destilada
fría y lo trituramos con la batidora accionando las
cuchillas a impulsos de 10 segundos, hasta que se
forme una papilla.
3. Filtramos con un colador hasta que no haya restos de tejido.
