zone

 gaat WEL doorheen bloedhersen-barrière: kan bewegingsstoornissen geven

 In hoge dosis is metoclopramide ook een 5-HT3 antagonist: blokkeren serotonine receptoren
in chemoreceptor-trigger zone



• Domperidone en metoclopramide doen de beweeglijkheid van de maag toenemen
