Prodromale fase gaat vooraf de baring
Ontsluitingsfase
- Begin regelmatige contracties met ontsluiting
- Einde volledige ontsluiting 10cm
- Duur primi: ca 12u, multi ca 6u
- Fasen:
o Latente fase
o Overgangsfase
o Versnellingsfase
o Deceleratiefase
- OF fasen volgens WHO:
o Latente fase
Pijnlijke cties, duur variabel, variabele veranderingen CX (verstrijking en trage
ontsluiting tot 5cm)
o Actieve fase (= overgans- en versnellingsfase)
Regelmatige pijnlijke cties, duur: primi max 12u en multi max 10u, duidelijke
veranderingen CX (verstrijking en snelle ontsluiting 5 – 10cm
o Transitiefase (= deceleratiefase)
- Kenmerken en verloop:
o Ontsluitingsweeën die toenemen in duur, frequentie en intensiteit (contractie en retractie
van BUS OUS verdunt, retractiering stijgt)
o Vorderende ontsluiting en verstrijking
o Breken van vliezen: SROM (spontaan breken vliezen: SBV), AROM (kunstmatig breken: KBV)
o Verdere indaling foetus in bekken
Uitleg figuur:
Latente fase begint de ontsluiting en gaat rustig naar
3cm ontsluiting en duurt gemiddeld 8u. Dan in de
overgansfase gaat het tot bijna 4cm ontsluiting en
duurt ongeveer 2 uur, trage ontsluiting. Bij de
versnellingsfase die 2uur duurt gaat de ontsluiting
heel snel tot 8 cm en dan bij deceleratiefase gaat het
terug wat trager tot 10cm ontsluiting.
