Voorkeur naar CTG en STAN, hiermee kan je harttonen, variabiliteit en desiriliteit horen, met pinard en doptone
alleen harttonen.
30 min CTG bij opname en nadien om de 30’ met doptone minimum 1’ na ctie.
Bij vermoeden nood: continu ctg of STAN of MBO
Verdedigingsmechanisme van foetus:
- Hypoxemie:
o 02 gebrek invloed arteriële bloed maar cel- en orgaanfucnties blijven intact
o Foetus: cellulaire O2 opname en minder bewegingen
o Langdurige hypoxemie: groeivertraging
