Dyson is a very popular company known for their innovative culture. The company has alway
been known to be ahead of others in the market and is always bringing out new and innovati
products.
The innovation to implement a transparent case for a vacuum cleaner, is just one example of
how Dyson had a simple innovative idea to make small change to an existing product, which
turn had a big impact.
This very idea is one of the main reasons why Dyson became very successful. The idea was th
customers would be thrilled to see how well their vacuums where working though the
transparent case. To implement the case itself was very cheap and easy to manufacture but t
customer feedback was immense.
