Dit rapport is geschreven naar aanleiding van de opdracht die IKEA Group heeft gegeven. Er moet
worden bepaald in hoeverre IKEA klaar is voor internationalisering.

Het interview en de theorie zijn gebaseerd op de volgende onderwerpen: cultuur, ethiek,
internationale strategieën, organisatie, leiderschap en operations.
De theorie en de verkregen informatie uit het interview met Mariët Oosterveld HR Manager bij IKEA
Group worden geanalyseerd. Vervolgens komen hier de conclusies uit, die vervolgens leiden naar de
aanbevelingen.

Dit rapport begint met de aanleiding. Hierin staat de probleemstelling, doelstelling, onderzoeksvraag
en de deelvragen.
In hoofdstuk 2 wordt de theorie op elk gebied beschreven aan de hand van de literatuur. De
belangrijkste punten worden doormiddel van deskresearch uit de literatuur gehaald en per thema
omschreven.
De conclusies staan in hoofdstuk 3. Hier wordt de theorie vergeleken met de verkregen informatie uit
het interview en dit overzichtelijk per thema omschreven.
Uit de conclusies volgen de aanbevelingen in hoofdstuk 4. Hierna komen de bibliografie en de
bijlagen, waar het interview te vinden is.
