a successful job offer. Finally, I will reflect on the recruitment process and my individual performance.
The company I will be using as a case study is Apple.

1976 by Steve jobs and Wonzunak Ronald Wayne. Apple designs and sells electronics, computer
software and online services. Apple sell goods and provide services such as iCloud, Apple pay and
iTunes. In 2020 Apple has won many awards such as Best Company for Diversity 2020, Best CEO 2020,
Best Company Culture 2020, Best Company Perks & Benefits, Best Company Compensation, Best
Company Happiness, Best Professional Development 2020, Best Leadership Teams 2020 and Best CEOs
for Diversity 2020.
The first job being currently advertised for Apple is the role of a Manager. A Manager is 1a person
responsible for controlling or administering an organization or group of staff. As a manager you are
responsible for inspiring the team to create opportunities for the employees. Managers will also need to
provide oversight and direction to other members making it easier for them to be on the correct path.
There are multiple skills needed to become a manager such as Good communication, Good
Organisation, Leadership and Knowledge. Communication is the most important skill because 2In
numerous types of management tasks, the most common and first thing that needs to be done is to
communicate your opinions, expectations and needs to others. Good organisation is also needed
because it creates faster decision making and reduces build-up of work and stress. Leadership skills is
also very good because 3A good manager needs to solve these problems and prove that he or she is
committed to the goals of the team. Knowledge is also a good skill because have a high amount of
knowledge can also make better and faster decision making and can increase the rate of innovation.
The second Job currently being advertised is Apple's customer Service Advisor. 4Customer Service
Advisors work to ensure that their company's customers receive the best possible service when using
their product. When it comes to being customer service advisor businesses are looking for a: Confident
communicator, Professional and friendly manner, Excellent listening skills, Attention to detail,
Flexible, Punctual/ reliable, Calm and patient, Able to work under pressure, Ability to prioritise
,workload. Having excellent listening skills can be very beneficial because customers want to feel heard
by the company and by doing this can really aid in the growth and the customer loyalty of the business.
Being able to work under pressure is also beneficial because by being calm and stress free can prevent
many misunderstandings and missed opportunities occurring. The last important skill is being
professional and have a friendly manner this is also beneficial because by having such personality can
help the business really bond with their customers which will help aid in the spread of good word.
The last job currently being advertised is an Executive Producer (Video & Motion). Apple are looking for
an 5an extraordinary, highly qualified Executive Producer, Video & Motion to build and support a team
of video producers, video editors, motion graphics designers, animators, and external vendors &
agencies. The responsibilities an individual will need to partake is to 6Establish and lead communications
and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables. Effectively
manage and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing
needs. Navigate competing priorities, prioritise resource appropriately and mitigate associated
challenges. Oversee projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative
expediently. Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of production challenges. Plan, run,
and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and
deliverables. Foster relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure that we’re delivering against
requests while crafting an environment that allows for innovation. Maintain budgets across our various
lines of businesses. And lastly keep up with the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and
resources. The skills needed by the candidate are 7Leadership skills, to be thorough and pay attention to
detail, the ability to use your initiative and to be flexible and open to change.
The position I would pick that I found the most suitable for me if I was to look for employment is the
Manager role. I chose this because I have liked to do a management role by being a leader. The skills
needed is to be a good at communication and good at organisation that is something in my opinion I
would say I'm good at. Whereas with the leadership skill I may struggle with when it comes to
controlling everyone and keeping everyone happy all at once which isn't realistic. But is something that I
could do to get out of my comfort zone with is beneficial as it will help be develop in confidence.
