IS THE HIGHEST IN IMPORTANCE (DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE CONSITITUION IS INCLUDEDED IN THIS
SPHERE).THERE AFTER IS THE PROVINICAL SPHERE WITH THE PREMIER BEING THE MOST IMPORTANT
ASPECT OF THIS SPHERE. LASTY IS LOCAL/MUNCIPAL SPHERE WITH THE CONCIL BEING THE BEST
IMPORTANT ASPECT
→ THE STATE TAKES FORM IN PUBLIC INSITITUITONS WHICH ARE classified as :
- Legislative
- Executive (two sub groups)- government posts assigned to political office bearers as cabinet
misters ad appointed officials
- Judicia;, consisting of courts of law.
1.1 Parliament
○ Legislative functions :Acceptance and creation of policy's that need to implemented.
○ Regulatory function : ensure Laws are made and uphold as well as changing them as
necessary.
1.2 Political executive institutions and functionaries President Deputy
○ Ground work such as implementation of the policies and president Cabinet
laws. /ministers Deputy
○ As well as give account on how these policy's have minsters
been implemented.
