Abstract
I am honored and grateful for the opportunity bestowed upon me by Anytime Fitness as
Head Personal Trainer (HPT) to present a proposal for incorporating a personal training program
into the corporation. As a health enthusiast and certified personal trainer (CPT) that has been
employed with Anytime Fitness for the last three and a half years, I have witnessed a large
turnover rate between staff and clientele. The company revenue has remained stabilized
throughout this time, however, with the fitness industry becoming such a highly competitive
market and becoming professionally certified has become more accessible for personal trainers; I
believe that Anytime Fitness should explore new avenues in order to flourish in the health and
fitness industry. This will require the company to offer additional services to our clients, raising
the bar and setting the standards in our field of expertise; thus ensuring that we continue to have
a loyal client base, as well as an influx of new clientele attracted to what we have to offer at
Anytime Fitness. This will require a certain level of inimitability that separates us from our
competitors. In the following proposal of my plan for the incorporation of a personal training
program we will amp up our hiring process that mandates certifications among our CPT’s,
review the monetary determinations of our employees, evaluate new ways of record retention,
discuss fitness assessments, profitability, and finally marketing strategies to reach our intended
audience.
