Inleiding
In de module 5.1 communicatievaardigheden heb ik informatie gekregen over de basis van
professionele communicatie. De begrippen in leeruitkomst één zijn:

1. Het communicatieproces, coderen en decoderen van boodschappen.
2. Waarnemen en interpreteren (interpunctie).
3. Aspecten non-verbale communicatie.
4. Eerste indrukvorming.
5. Inhouds- en betrekkingsniveau.
6. Het zakelijke, expressieve, relationele en appellerende aspect.
7. Metacommunicatie en feedback.
8. Dimensies van relationele aspect.
9. Impliciete en expliciete communicatie.
10. Interculturele aspecten van communicatie (verschillen in conventies en interpretatiekaders).

Aan de hand van situaties in mijn privéleven en werksituaties, leg ik de begrippen uit. De namen die
in de situatie staan vermeld zijn verzonnen i.v.m. de privacywet.

Leeruitkomst 2 schets ik drie verschillende situaties waar metacommunicatie van belang was. Ik
schrijf een reflectie daarover. In die reflectie zijn mijn nieuwe ontwikkelingsdoelen beschreven. Dit is
met het SMART model geformuleerd.

Leeruitkomst 3 vind je de 360 graden feedbackformulieren. In deze formulieren vind je feedback dat
door 1 collega, 1 studie genoot en mijn vader is ingevuld. De feedbackformulieren heb ik met deze
personen na besproken om mijn inzicht te vergroten bij mijn eigen communicatiegedrag,
luistervaardigheden, feedback geven en ontvangen.
