In deze praktische opdracht gaan wij verschillende dingen doen. Wij gaan
bijvoorbeeld practica uitvoeren om met een microscoop te leren werken.
Bij deze practica leren we over verschillende cellen, we krijgen dus
bijvoorbeeld niet alleen cellen van mensen onder de lens. Zodat we meer
kennis krijgen over de verschillen tussen de soorten cellen en we ze beter
van elkaar kunnen onderscheiden. We gaan ook voor het eerst werken
met kleuringen en hoe dat precies in elkaar zit. Ook leren we tekeningen
gelijkwaardig te maken met wat we zien als we door de microscoop
kijken. Hierbij maken we ook opdrachten over de practica.
We gaan ons ook verdiepen in een keuzeonderwerp. Het onderwerp dat
wij hebben gekozen is de lichtmicroscoop. Dit hebben we gekozen omdat
we op school ook werken met lichtmicroscopen en dan leek het ons
interessant om juist daarover meer te weten te komen.
We verwachten dat als we dit po hebben afgesloten, veel meer kennis te
hebben over microscopen en alles wat met microscopen te maken heeft.
