Inleiding
In dit verslag ga ik een conflictanalyse maken aan de hand van het programma rijdende
rechter. In dit verslag ga ik een beschrijving geven van de aard, de inhoud en de achtergrond
van het conflict. Ik zal ook uitleggen wat voor wijze de partijen met elkaar communiceren.
Daarna ga ik concreet toelichten wat de conflictstijlen zijn van de beide partijen met behulp
van Thomas en Kilmann model. Als laatst bespreek ik de emoties en de
interventietechnieken. Mijn doel van deze opdracht is om een beeld te krijgen wat voor
emoties, belangen en communicatie onderling zit in het conflict. Je hebt verschillende
conflicthanteringsstijlen die je kan toepassen in een conflict. We hebben dagelijks
communicatie met anderen en dat hoort erbij in het dagelijkse leven. Je leert veel van deze
opdracht en het is erg interessant. De casus gaat over twee partijen genaamd familie Alkatib
en Henk en Agnes van Werven. Ze zijn buren van elkaar en ze ervaren conflicten met elkaar.
Henk en Agnes hebben meerdere malen familie Alkatib benaderd om niet te gaan parkeren
op de gezamenlijke oprit. Familie Alkatib geeft geen gehoor waardoor er irritatie ontstaat.
Ook ervaren Henk en Agnes geluidsoverlast en rookoverlast. Familie Alkatib is sinds kort in
Nederland en ze beheersen de Nederlandse taal niet zo goed. Familie Alkatib heeft drie
broers die lijden aan een oogziekte.
