Analyse en plan van aanpak

, Inleiding
Voor mijn opleiding pedagogiek ga ik een plan van aanpak schrijven voor een adolescent.
Hiervoor ga ik met de adolescent in gesprek en maak ik gebruik van 2 modellen. Na deze
gesprekken koppel ik de bijbehorende literatuur aan de gesprekken. Daarna stel ik samen
met de adolescent doelen op en maken wij een plan van aanpak.
Voor mijn verslag maak ik gebruik van de cyclus van methodisch handelen. Ik ben in gesprek
gegaan met Y. Y is een zeventienjarig meisje die in haar laatste jaar van het havo zit. Ik zal
tijdens de gesprekken gebruik maken van het ecologisch model. Zo kan ik zien wie of wat en
hoeveel iets invloed heeft op haar leven.
