Na gebruik van tabel 1 en figuur 3 ga ik ervan uit dat de kolonie die ik als geel heb
beschreven proteus micro-organismen zijn. De paarse kolonie is waarschijnlijk van een
staph. Saprophyticus micro-organisme. De witte kolonie is dan ten slotte een staph. aureus
micro-organisme.
Uitgewerkte interpretatie B
Het materiaal dat ik heb meegebracht waren een theedoek en een sponsje. Zowel bij de
theedoek als bij het sponsje waren er ontelbaar veel kleinere kolonies die groen kleurden. Bij
het sponsje was er ook 1 grote hele kolonie te zien. Het valt op dat de kolonies in beide
gevallen zich dicht bij elkaar situeren, bij het sponsje licht de gele kolonie wat meer op
afstand. Een verschil is dat de hoeveelheid van de agar dat bedekt was kleiner was. Dit is
waarschijnlijk gewoon te verklaren doordat er een groter deel van de spons dan van de
theedoek op de plaat werd geplaatst.
