Organisaties hebben drie dingen gemeen: doelstellingen, mensen en middelen. Het zijn dus ook wel
doelgerichte samenwerkingsverbanden.
Onder ‘organisaties’ vallen:
- Bedrijven (ondernemingen en non-profitorganisaties)
- Overige samenwerkingsverbanden (bieden geen producten/diensten aan)
Organisaties naar juridische criteria ingedeeld: rechtsvormen:
- Organisaties zonder rechtspersoonlijkheid (eenmanszaak, vof, commanditaire vennootschap)
- Organisaties met rechtspersoonlijkheid (bv, nv, vereniging, coöperatie, onderlinge
waarborgmaatschappij, stichting)
Er ontstaan steeds meer samenwerkingsverbanden tussen organisaties op nationaal en
internationaal niveau.
Binnen het algemene maatschappelijke verkeer speelt het economisch verkeer een belangrijke rol,
omdat veel transacties in geld worden uitgedrukt.
