je die aanmaning niet doet, kom je in de problemen!!!!
VB. Ook al kan je bv als de traiteur niet kwam naar je feestje, en je achteraf uiteraard
niet nog is een feestje gaat doen, moet je het nog aanmanen!!!
Een gewone brief is geen aanmaning!!!!
E-mail is nog wel te frauderen!!!!
Het makkelijkst is per aangetekende brief , maar je moet hiervoor betalen
Rechtbanken willen echt een bewijs zien, daardoor wordt dan ook meestal een
aangetekende brief geëist door de rechtbank! Het moet schriftelijk zijn

Vb. Bij niet-betaling uiterlijk 10 dagen na de toezending van de factuur, zal het
