4de voorwaarde: Netto bestaansmiddelen

Afstammelingen (ongeacht de graad) OF
Volledig of hoofdzakelijk ten laste (2 zaken aantonen)
kinderen die niet je eigen kinderen zijn vb. pleegkinderen
Wanneer mag je die ten laste nemen?
• Voordat het meerderjarig is, moet het opgenomen zijn in het gezin
• Voor min 50% van de onderhoudskosten van het kind moet je zelf betalen
