, Ik ben Kiki van de Lavoir. Ik ben 18 jaar oud en ik doe de opleiding sociaal
maatschappelijk dienstverlening op het Da Vinci college in Dordrecht. Voor deze
opleiding loop ik stage bij Stichting Humanitas in de wijk Hillevliet in het gebied
Feijenoord. In dit verslag ga ik mijn client helpen naar het versterken van
eigenkracht. Ik heb op mijn stage geen casus kunnen vinden voor het versterken van
eigenkracht, ook is mijn stage nu tijdelijk dicht vanwege het corona virus. Mijn zusje
is al een tijdje op naar een bijbaantje, maar het lukt haar maar niet om tot een punt te
komen om naar een sollicitatie te gaan. Ze is best onzeker en vind het spannend om
nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten. Daarom zou ik mijn zusje (Mila) willen versterken in
eigenkracht en haar dus begeleiden naar een baantje.
In dit verslag vertel ik de situatie van mijn client, de methodiek die het beste bij de
situatie past, stimuleren tot zelfregie, coaching aanpak, de eigenkracht en als laatst
zal ik de STRAKT-reflectie maken.
