, Inleiding
Voor u ligt de casusopdracht van beroepssituatie één. Wij krijgen de opdracht om een
zorglandschap en sociale kaart van een cliënt in kaart te brengen. Wij hebben de keuze uit
een aantal verschillende cliënten. Wij kiezen voor een kind, namelijk Sem. Wij vinden het
voor de eerste opdracht makkelijker om ons in te leven in een kind met verschillende
aandoeningen, dan in een volwassene.
De opdracht houdt in dat wij moeten kijken naar de verschillende zorgorganisaties die hem
kunnen helpen bij zijn ziektes en aandoeningen. Ook moeten wij kijken wie van zijn naasten
hem verder kan/kunnen helpen met zijn gezondheid. Heeft hij ouders, broers/zussen of
buren die hem kunnen helpen? Dat gaan wij onderzoeken in deze opdracht.
