Ik ben XXXXX, werkzaam bij XXXXX als Inside Sales Supervisor. Ik volg de HBO Bachelor opleiding
Bedrijfskunde, waarvan dit onderzoek deel uitmaakt.
Deze uitgewerkte opdracht dient als afsluiting van de module Organisatiegedrag, welke wordt
gedoceerd door XXXXX. In deze module staan gedrag en cultuur binnen organisaties centraal.

Mijn persoonlijke filosofie is dat een juiste balans en goede sfeer binnen een team van essentieel
belang zijn voor de prestaties die het team levert, als toevoeging aan de prestaties van het individu. In
de praktijk heb ik helaas moeite om teamsfeer en de prestaties als gevolg van goede of slechte sfeer
te meten en te kwantificeren. De lesstof binnen de module biedt echter goede mogelijkheden om dit
inzichtelijk te maken, en hier stapsgewijs verbetering in aan te brengen. Ik was dus meteen
enthousiast toen ik ter afsluiting van de module Organisatiegedrag de opdracht kreeg om een plan
van aanpak te schrijven om huidig gedrag binnen mijn organisatie om te buigen naar gewenst gedrag.
Ik wens u veel leesplezier en een succesvolle opvolging van de geformuleerde adviezen.
