Echografie periode 5 stappenplanLinker leverkwab sagittaal doorscannen
1. Zet de diepte op 10, 11 of 12 cm.
2. Patiënt diep in laten ademen.
3. Startpositie is de VCI sagittaal.
a. Je ziet hier de vena hepatica media of sinistra.
b. De dextra kan je niet zien want je zit in de linker leverkwab en dextra ligt op
het niveau van de VCI.
4. Zorg dat je de craniale leverrand (diafragma) in beeld houdt en schuif de transducer
naar sinistra tot je geen leverweefsel meer ziet.
5. Ga terug naar de startpositie.
6. Kantel de transducer onder de ribbenboog tot je geen leverweefsel meer ziet.
7. Ga terug naar de startpositie.
8. Zoek de VCI op en schuif de transucer naar caudaal en sinistra > schuif de transducer
weer terug naar de VCI.
Linker leverkwab transversaal doorscannen
1. Begin in de mediaanlijn tegen het processus xiphoïdeus aan.
2. Patiënt diep in laten ademen.
3. Kantel de transducer naar craniaal tot je het hart ziet.
a. Dit is je startpositie.
4. Kantel terug en schuif naar caudaal tot je helemaal de lever uit bent.
5. Schuif terug naar de startpositie.
6. Zoek nu het laterale deel van de lever op en kantel naar craniaal tot je uit de lever
bent.
a. Deze zoek je door te kantelen onder de ribben door. Wel iets onder
het processus xiphoïdeus, anders heb je last van bot > slagschaduw.
Rechter leverkwab sagittaal doorscannen (craniale leverrand)
1. Diepte groter zetten > rechter leverkwab is een stuk groter.
2. Begin bij het processus xiphoïdeus.
3. Patiënt diep in laten ademen.
4. Schuif nu naar dextra tot je niet verder kan door de ribben.
5. Schuif nu naar caudaal langs de ribbenboog en zorg dat je de craniale leverrand in
beeld houdt.
6. Schuif net zo lang door tot er geen leverweefsel meer in beeld is.
7. Ga terug naar de startpositie.
a. Duw iets harder zodat eventueel lucht in de colon transversus zorgt voor
minder overprojectie.
