A.Mijn naam is Esther en ik ben een pedagogisch medewerker die lief en zacht is . Ik heb de
gave om snel aan te voelen wat een kind nodig heeft. Daardoor is de sfeer vaak rustig en
ontspannen als ik aan het werk ben .Onder de collega’s ben ik een stabiele factor . De
anderen mogen mij omdat ik goed luister naar mij collega en hun niet afvalt . Wat ik
lastiger vind , is als ik mijn mening moet geven over een onderwerp waarmee ik het niet
mee eens ben . Vaak kies ik er dan voor om vooral te luisteren .
Wat ik graag beter zou willen kunnen is dat graag wat assertiever zou willen zijn dat
betekent dat ik veel zelfverzekerder zou willen zijn . Net wanneer je op het punt staat bij
deze collega verhaal te halen, verlies je het lef en durf je deze collega niet op zijn
gedrag aan te spreken .De kracht is om je eigen grenzen goed aan te geven en ook
wensen en behoefte van anderen te respecteren .
