Samenstelling doelgroep
Binnen Bouwhuislaan 30 wonen 6 jongeren variërend in de leeftijd tussen de 18 en 36 jaar met
een ernstige tot zeer ernstige verstandelijke beperking. De begeleidingsintensiteit is over het
algemeen 1 op 3. Dit doordat er meerdere cliënten een gedeeltelijke Meerzorg toegekend
hebben gekregen. Ook bieden wij 1 cliënt volledige 1 op 1 begeleiding. De nadruk van de
woonsfeer ligt op veiligheid en gezelligheid waar mogelijk, om vanuit deze vellige basis
ontwikkeling te stimuleren en praktische vaardigheden te onderhouden.
Cognitief/ Sociaal functioneren
Het sociaal emotioneel ontwikkelingsniveau bevindt zich wat betreft emotioneel functioneren
met name in de 1e adaptatiefase (0 - 6 maanden), waarbij enkele gedragingen worden gezien die
passend zijn bij de 1e socialisatiefase (6 - 18 maanden).
