werkdruk en heeft ze stress.
2. Rachida heeft een hoge werkdruk, hierdoor heeft ze geen tijd om aan haar eigen gezondheid te denken/ werken.
3. Rachida sport niet, waardoor ze een verminderd aeroob UHV heeft.
