Spanning: in figuur 4 zie je 2 even grote metalen bollen op een plastic voet. Bol A is
negatief en bol B is positief geladen. Er staat dan tussen A en B een spanning. Na
het overdragen van de spanning loopt er geen stroom meer omdat allebei de
bollen nu ongeladen zijn.
Een atoom bestaat uit een positief geladen kern met daaromheen draaiende,
negatief geladen elektronen. De lading van de kern is even groot als die van alle
elektronen samen. Het atoom is dus neutraal. Een neutraal voorwerp bevat precies evenveel
