Introduction

I am required to create an individual PDP based on myself that shows evidence of my development
in the past 12 months, and planned development for the same period. In order to achieve this, I will
be needing to demonstrate how I self-manage myself. In order to show my professional and
personal planning it is necessary to prepare a SWOT analysis that will identify the understanding of
