structural differences affects the fat's consistency. How do steroids and
eicosanoids differ in form from glycerides? What are some of the
functions of steroids and eicosanoids.
4. Compare and contrast DNA and RNA in terms of structural and
functional differences.

2. Distinguish between the terms isotonic, hypertonic and hypotonic.
3. Describe how phospholipids, cholesterol and proteins are arranged to
