- Articulatio cylindrica → Cylinder gewricht
- Articulatio ginglymus → Scharniergewricht
+ As loodrecht op lengte-as beide botstukken
- Articulatio trochoidea → Draai- of rolgewricht
+ As in de lengterichting van bewegende botstuk
- Articulatio sellaris → Zadelgewricht
