Tijdens inspanning:
1. Snelle stijging HMV a.g.v. SV (=slagvolume) en Hf (=hartfrequentie) toename
2. SV (tot 50% Pmax) en Hf stijgt verder
3. Geleidelijk steady state
Verandering als gevolg van Aërobe training:
● Zuurstoftransportsysteem
- Zuurstofverbruik
- Hart en hartfunctie
- Longsysteem
● Spiersysteem

Hartfrequentie kan niet verhoogd worden.
Je slagvolume kan wel vergroot worden, door veel te trainen.

● Max. Frequentie neemt niet toe (soms zelfs af)

Ongetrainde mensen zitten rond de blauwe lijn.
