I-Le système nerveux : Structure
Certaines maladies touchent les fonctions sans toucher la structure. D’autres
peuvent détruire la structure d’un système (ex: l’oreille et perte auditive).
Au sein de la structure, on reconnait un ENSEMBLE DE RESEAUX NEURONAUX,
c’est un ensemble de câblage de nerf dans l’organisme, au sein du cerveau très
complexe (au niveau du cortex = écorce cérébrale).
SNC (encéphale + Moelle) + SNP = matière neurophysiologique du Système Nerveux.
Transmission : substance blanche
Traitement : substance grise
II-Le système nerveux : Fonction
Le cerveau a 3 fonctions:
1) capte les informations de l’environnement (surdité, cécité)
-> information social : fait référence à la nature humaine du signal
(visage, …)
-> information non social : signal extérieur aux humains
2) traite les informations (autisme)
-> perception du “self”, émotions (produit par la matière
neurophysiologique)
-> homéostasie : maintien de l’équilibre physico-chimique du
milieu intérieur (hydratation des c, …)
3) production de comportement adaptés (comportement non adapté qd
pathologie)
-> sociaux
-> non sociaux (ouvrir une bouteille)
Les 3 Boucles sensori-gnosi-praxique (SGP).
-> sensori : reconnaitre un objet (vision)
-> gnosi : traitement cognitif planification
-> praxique : mouvement qui a un but, pas seulement un mvt de
flexion/extension = action
Le transmission de l’information entre les cellules se fait grâce aux
neurones, via des synapses. C’est el cœur du traitement de l’information.
