i. Three possible impacts this could have on the company would be
their reputation with their customers, they could be fined a sum of
money that could make them bankrupt and people could get fired
because of this.

i. Two possible consequences to individuals could be their information
being stolen and also their other accounts being breached as well if
they have used the same details for other websites.
2. Your Health is a private company which offers health assessments,
identifying health concerns and giving advice on how to address them.
They hold personal data about each of their customers, including data
about their medical conditions and the actions which they have been
advised to take.
a. Assess the role of current legislation in protecting this data from
misuse.
i. People that need to know about a person’s medical history should
only have access to their personal information such as a doctor but
people like a secretary should not need this information so access to
it should be blocked.
