Inleiding
De huid is ook de drager van het gevoel of de sensibiliteit. De huid bevat miljoenen zintuigjes en is
een groot zintuigcomplex.
Het zenuwstelsel bij huidgevoel en de betekenis van de sensibiliteit spelen een rol bij het werk van
de huidtherapeut.
De functionele indelingen van het zenuwstelsel:
• Centraal en perifeer zenuwstelsel, autonoom zs
• Somatisch en visceraal
• Animaal en vegetatief
• Autonoom zenuwstelsel
• Ascenderend en descenderend
• Afferent en efferent
• Sensorisch en motorisch
• Exteroceptie, proprioceptie
• Somatosensoriek
• Vitale en gnostische sensibiliteit
• Sensorische velden
Nervus facialis (= n. VII = 7e zenuw) = stuurt de mimische musculatuur.
Nervus trigeminus (= n. V = 5e zenuw) = zorgt voor gevoel in ons gezicht.
Signalen = manieren waarop cellen communiceren.
De snelle regulatie gebeurt vooral via het zenuwstelsel.
De Langzame regulatie gebeurt via een hormonale weg (= endocriene stelsel).
Functie van het zenuwstelsel
• Besturing van andere organen
• Reactie van het lichaam op de omgeving
• Geest / psyche
Indeling van het zenuwstelsel
Anatomische indeling:
• Centraal = door bot omgeven: hersenen en ruggenmerg.
• Perifeer = niet door bot omgeven: 12 paar hersenzenuwen, 31/32 spinale zenuwen (loopt
van ruggenmerg richting borst).

Fysiologische indeling
• Animale = somatische (willekeurige) motorisch, sensorisch
• Autonome = vegetatieve, viscerale (onwillekeurige) sympatisch, parasympatisch
Indelingen van het zenuwstelsel
• Centraal – perifeer
• Animaal/ somatisch/ willekeurig = motorisch, sensorisch
• Autonome/ vegetatief/ viscerale/ onwillekeurige = sympatisch, parasympatisch
Anatomische indeling
CZS
Bestaat uit de hersenen en ruggenmerg. Het heeft een benig omhulsel en veel meer neuronen.
Groter gedeelte bestaat uit het czs.
PZS
Bestaat uit 12 paar hersenzenuwen en 31/32 spinale zenuwen. Het heeft geen benig omhulsel en
minder neuronen. Daarnaast heeft het maar een kleinere deel van het zenuwstelsel.

Bestaat uit:
