betrekking tot de sociaal netwerkmethodiek, samenlevingsopbouw, blended hulpverlening en
signalering huiselijk geweld. In het portfolio laat ik zien dat ik, als generalist in de nulde en
eerste lijn, methodisch kan werken in verschillende situaties om een bijdrage te leveren aan
het vergroten van de veerkracht en de verbondenheid van mensen in de samenleving. Bij het
maken van de opdrachten besteed ik aandacht aan de methodische cyclus van signaleren,
analyseren, waarderen (interpreteren), planning, interveniëren en evalueren (reflecteren). Bij
iedere opdracht ligt de focus op bepaalde fasen van het methodisch werken.
