- Entorno general -> Marco global o conjunto de factores y circunstancias que afectan
por igual a todas las empresas de una determinada sociedad o ámbito geográfico
independientemente de la actividad (precio de la luz).
ANÁLISIS PESTEL: P-> Políticos (corrupción, elecciones).
E-> Económicos (precio de la luz, inflación).
S-> Socioculturales (natalidad, población envejecida).
T-> Tecnológicos (Desarrollo).
