SES: 1 = low, 2 = middle, 3 = high
1 (SES_LOW) remains untouched because we chose it as the reference group, which
automatically becomes 0.
We compute a new dummy variable: SES_Middle: 2 -> 1
We then compute another new dummy variable: SES_High: 3 -> 1

How to: centering: (only continuous variables)
Transform > Compute variable
Provide a name for the new variable under Target Variable
Under Numeric Expression:
Drag the variable you want to center from the column on the left to the text box
Type "- … (this is a number, the mean)". Note that you should use a dot as a decimal sign.
Done.
How to make an interaction variable:
Transform > Compute variable
Provide a name for the new variable under Target Variable (something with … X …)
Drag a variable. Click on * (multiply). Drag the other variable.

How to create a graph with PROCESS information:
When you want to analyze interaction between two continuous variables with multiple
regression, you have to first do n. 2 and n. 3:

Nr1: only do this if they ask you to make a new
variable of a difference between 2 variables. This step is not always the case, but 2 and 3 are
always! Nr1 was only the case in the Grasple example.
