TECNICA PERIAPICAL BISECTRIZ DEL anGULO:
Se basa en un principio geométrico conocido como la regla isometría:
• Dos triángulos son iguales si tienen dos ángulos iguales y
comparten un lado común.
• Se aplica en el punto donde la película tiene contacto con el diente,
el plano de la película y el eje del diente forma un ángulo.
• El radiólogo debe imaginar un plano que divida en la mitad el
Angulo formado por la película y el eje del diente.
• Este plano se denomina bisectriz imaginaria


FUNDAMENTO RX:
• Se Debe dirigir el rayo central perpendicular a la bisectriz
imaginaria.
• Los dos triángulos resultantes son equiláteros y congruentes.
• Cuando se sigue la regla de isometría la imagen Rx es correcta.




PLANOS GUIAS
Para toma de zona superior o maxilar deben estar:
• Plano el ala de nariz al tragus, colocando la cabeza del paciente de
manera tal, de Oclusión dentaria paralelo al piso.
• Desde que la citada línea sea paralela al suelo.
• En la mandíbula una línea desde la comisura labial al tragus siendo
paralela al suelo.
