IntroducciónEn este trabajo recabaremos información acerca de 46 conceptos otorgados
relacionados a la materia Derecho Corporativo, estos conceptos en su gran
mayoría fueron vistos durante el semestre y son de vital importancia para poder
entender mejor esta rama del Derecho, ya que contienen información muy
importante y que se ve a diario si te dedicas a este tipo de carreras, por lo que
nosotros como estudiantes de Negocios Internacionales debemos tenerlos
presentes ya que ahora estamos aplicando algunos de los conceptos presentados
en esta evidencia, puesto que son cosas que se ven de manera cotidiana sobre
todo en nuestro campo laboral, además de que más adelante si logramos iniciar
algún negocio debemos aplicar estos conocimientos para no entrar en ningún
problema legal, por lo que esta es una buena forma de irnos preparando para el
mañana y una manera de recapitular todo lo visto a lo largo de estos últimos
meses, puesto que esta materia es bastante importante por lo mismo que nuestra
futura empresa se deberá regir conforme a los aspectos vistos en clase; es por
ello que de este trabajo es muy importante poner atención a los conceptos
investigados, los cuales van desde el más simple hasta el más rebuscado, pero
todos son igual de importantes para lograr entender de mejor manera este mundo
que se rige por derechos.

1. Derecho mercantil: Conjunto de normas que regulan la actividad de los
comerciantes, los actos de comercio y las relaciones jurídicas derivadas de la
realización de éstos.

2. Derecho civil: Regula las relaciones privadas de las personas en sus
obligaciones, bienes, contratos y sucesiones hereditarias.

process, equal treatment under the law of all people regarding enjoyment of life,
liberty, property, and protection.
3. Derecho constitucional: Rama del ordenamiento jurídico que se ocupa de
regular los órganos del Estado; el procedimiento a través del cual se
manifiesta el poder o la voluntad del Estado, así como el reconocimiento y
garantía de los derechos públicos subjetivos de los ciudadanos. constitutional
right: can be a prerogative or a duty, a power or a restraint of power,
recognized and established by a sovereign state or union of states.
4. Fuentes del derecho: Son los diferentes procedimientos que hay para crear el
derecho que nos regula. Existen tres fuentes (reales, históricas y formales).

5. Fuente formal: Describen al lugar donde surge el Derecho, es decir aquellos
elementos de donde normalmente se basa el legislador para crear
disposiciones jurídicas.

6. Ley: Norma de Derecho emanada del Estado, de forma escrita y con un
procedimiento solemne.
Law: means any statute, law, ordinance, regulation, rule, code, order, constitution,
treaty, common law, judgment, decree, other requirement or rule of law of any
Governmental Authority.
7. Ley mercantil: Cuerpo de leyes que gobierna las transacciones de negocios y
comerciales.

8. Poder judicial: Poder que ejerce la Administración de justicia o función de
juzgar. El conjunto de autoridades judiciales de un país o Provincia. Power of
