Bouw ademhalingsstelsel:
Neusholte: De nares (voorst(uitwendige) neusopening) verbinden de neusholte
met de buitenlucht, de choanen (achterste(inwendige) neusopening) verbinden
de neusholte met de keelholte.
Farynx = keelholte: er is naar beneden 2 openingen, namelijk naar de slokdarm
en naar het strottenhoofd. De keelholte staat ook nog in verbinding met de
middenoorruimte via de beide buizen van eustachius.
Larynx = strottenhoofd: Het vormt de verbinding tussen de keelholte en de
luchtpijp. Bestaat uit kraakbeenstukken, verbonden door dwarsgestreepte
spieren en ligamenten. Het tongbeen kan gerekend worden tot de schedel,
waarmee het door spieren en banden is verbonden. Het tongbeen speelt een
belangrijke rol bij het ademen en slikken. De epiglottis = strottenklepje bestaat
uit elastische kraakbeen en sluit tijdens het slikken de luchtpijp af.
Trachea = luchtpijp: Ter hoogte van de 5de borstwervel splitst de luchtpijp zich in
een linker- en rechter hoofdbronchus onder verschillende hoeken. Bij verslikken
zal voedsel eerder in de rechterhoofdbronchus terechtkomen dan in de linker.
Bronchus = luchtpijptak
Bronchiolen = aftakkingen: Dit zijn de kleinste vertakkingen die eindigen in
longtrechters met longblaasjes.
Alveoli = longblaasjes > gaswisseling plaats co2 vanuit bloedbaan uit en o2 in de
bloedbaan > diffusie
2 soorten COPD: chronische bronchitis (in bronchus) en longemfyseem (in de
alveoli)
-> als chronische bronchitis doorzet kan je ook longemfyseem krijgen
Sinus frontalis = voorhoofdsholte
Turks zadel = hangt wat in – hypofyse (voorkwab en achterkwab)
Sinus sphenoidalis = wiggenbeensholte
Adenoïd = neusamandelen
