a) Erläutern Sie kurz die Zielsetzungen der allgemeinen Wirtschaftspolitik!
Inwiefern kann die Aufgabe, bestimmte Zielsetzungen zu erreichen, einzelnen
Trägern der Wirtschaftspolitik zugeordnet wer-den?
Die Zielsetzung der allgemeinen Wirtschaftspolitik kann im Wesentlichen dem Stabilitätsgesetzes
(Gesetz zur Förderung von Wachstum und Stabilität der Wirtschaft) entnommen werden, nach dem
Bund und Länder bei ihrer Wirtschaftspolitik die Bedingungen des gesamtwirtschaftlichen
Gleichgewichts zu berücksichtigen haben.
Hier ist das „magische Viereck“ zu nennen.
Es besagt, dass sich die Zielsetzungen nicht gleichzeitig erreichen lassen, auch wenn diese teilweise
kongruent sind. Da diese jedoch gleichrangig sind muss ein permanentes Gleichgewicht erhalten
werden.
Auch können die Zielsetzung einzelnen Trägern zugewiesen werden. So ist zum Beispiel das stabile
Preisniveau das zentrale und vorrangige Ziel der EZB und ein hoher Beschäftigungsstand zentrales
Thema der Agentur für Arbeit.
