I chose the book called The little prince, it has 96 pages.
The book is about a boy who has a big imagination, he thinks allot.
He always “needs” to draw stuff for people, if the drawing looks to old or to messy, he has to re do it.
Of course it’s his imagination, he can’t escape wherever he is when he doesn’t complete his task (the
drawing) well. This is happening everyday. His first task was that he needed to draw a sheep, he had
to re-do it 4 times. That was because one was to old. One was a male, they wanted a female. One
looked to messy, the last drawing was what they needed. A box. He said: “here, your sheep is inside
this box!” Ther “responded” with: “This is exactly what we needed.” After this, he was done. This
went on everyday, every adult thought he was crazy. He couldn’t explain because no one believed
him, because it’s his imagination. He never knew that it was his imagination, he always thought it
was real, so that’s why he kept on completing these “tasks”. Since no one understood him he always
was alone, he was the “weirdo” of the family. It’s sad that he couldn’t control his imagination. It all
started when he was young and he was reading a book, and from then on it went wrong. He started
imagining things that didn’t exist, his drawings weren’t even real, it was all just his imagination. He
started having this “dreams” twenty for seven, and he got put under more and more pressure from
making drawings, it was never enough. He even drew islands to live on, and way more. He needed to
draw his food, his friends, and everything, he just lived in his own imagination. He got called little
prince by his best friend, who he drew. He called him flower. 'Ah, little prince, dear little prince! I love
to hear that laughter!' said flower. At the end, flower threw water on himself which made him
disappear, The little prince was never so alone. He didn’t feel like drawing someone else, he just lost,
his best friend, who “killed” themselves because they couldn’t take the “drawing” life anymore.
'Send me word that he has come back.' Where the last words, of the little prince.
