Mijn naam is Anne de Bat, ik ben 27 jaar oud. In september 2020 ben ik gestart met de
deeltijdopleiding Bachelor of Nursing op de Hogeschool Zeeland. Deze deeltijdopleiding combineer ik
met mijn huidige werkzaamheden op de afdeling Ouderenpsychiatrie Voortgezette Klinische
Behandeling (OP-VKB), waar ik nu de functie draag als leerling hbo-verpleegkundige niveau zes.
Momenteel loop ik een interne stage op een beschermd wonen-locatie (BW), namelijk in Middelburg
op de BW Hof van Sint Pieter.
Voor u ligt mijn verslag over (inter)professioneel samenwerken.
