Betreft: verzoek woningurgentie
Geachte heer, mevrouw,
Met dit schrijven wil ik het volgende onder uw aandacht brengen, als maatschappelijk werker van de familie P. Jansen wil ik een
verzoek indienen voor woningurgentie.
De familie Jansen is bij de gemeente Juinen uitgebreid bekend door het schuldsaneringstraject. De gemeente is bekend met het
feit dat het traject is afgerond en daarom komt dit gezin juist in aanmerking voor woningurgentie. Met de volgend argumenten wil
ik deze dringende noodzaak uiteenzetten:
1. Momenteel is het gezin woonachtig in een caravan op een naburige camping.
Mw. Jansen en haar jongste dochter van 15 jaar schamen zich erg voor deze woonsituatie. Dit heeft geresulteerd dat
de dochter veelvuldig is gaan spijbelen en er een boete is opgelegd door de leerplichtambtenaar 500 euro.
2. De financiële situatie van het gezin is stabiel. Beide ouders hebben inkomsten vanuit werk, waardoor het mogelijk is om
een woning te huren.
3. Om de ontwikkeling en de stabiliteit te waarborgen is het van belang dat de gemeente met inachtneming van mijn
argumentatie dit gezin een woningurgentie toekent. Door het verlenen van deze urgentie kan dit gezin zich richten op
een positieve toekomst.
